"The Road to Mt Ruapehu"

The Road to Mt Ruapehu is the 1st installment of the Snowy Mountain Collection.

Inspired by a snapshot of Mt Ruapehu on Volcanic Loop Highway. The artwork incorporates a snowy mountain made with modeling paste to create a texture filled dimensional landscape. With a typical NZ road and the classic NZ Kiwi Road sign.

The Snowy Mountain Collection is a collective of paintings inspired by fabulous winter wonderland landscapes. The collection has begun with New Zealand Mountains being the focus however Madi has the aim to go world wide and paint the snowy points from all over the world!
