Dispatch Timeframes:

We aim to pick, pack & dispatch within 1-2 NZ Business Days. All of our products are in stock (unless noted Out of Stock). We dispatch from our Auckland based shipping company.

Courier Timeframes:

For New Zealand deliveries we use the Post Haste network. Please expect delivery 2-3 business days after dispatch. Rural address take an extra 1-2 business days.

For International deliveries we use the DHL network. Please expect delivery 5-10 business days after dispatch.

Free Shipping:

We offer free shipping $0.00 on all orders of Art Prints. New Zealand Only.

How will my order be packaged?

We use a company called Pack & Send Takapuna to package and send all of our orders. We use this company as they provide a specialty professional packing service. The quality of the packages makes sure Madi's artworks arrive to the destination in pristine condition.
