"Adele Island, Tasman Bay"

Adele Island or Motuareronui a gorgeous little island based in the Tasman Bay. 

Madi wanted to create an artwork based on an island in the South Island. She came across Adele Island in her search and absolutely fell in love with the shape of the peaks and how green the trees are. She also loved that she could try something different with her textured mountains by viewing the island from one of the beaches that border the tip of the south island.

Her favourite part of the painting is the sky. She feels that its very unique and shows off the subtlety of it looking cloudy. The original intention of the sky was to be a bright sunny blue day. The final result ended up being much better as the colours contrast excellently with each other and the artwork works cohesively. 

This artwork comes pre framed, in a gorgeous white glossy frame that has been professionally created.
