"A Peak at Aoraki (Mt Cook)"

A Peak at Aoraki is the 3rd installment of the Snowy Mountain Collection.

Aoraki also known as Mt Cook is New Zealand’s highest mountain. It sits in the Southern Alps which is a mountain range that runs the length of the South Island of New Zealand.
Some believe that Aoraki means “Cloud Piercer”, which it certainly looks/ feels that way!!

The Snowy Mountain Collection is a collective of paintings inspired by fabulous winter wonderland landscapes. The collection has begun with New Zealand Mountains being the focus however Madi has the aim to go world wide and paint the snowy points from all over the world!
